Don’t I need special pipes run all over my house and under my floor to heat my home with hot water?

No! Tankless Hydronic Furnaces are different than Radiant Floor Heating (or radiant wall heating). While both are using hot water, a Hydronic Furnace is a different concept than radiant heating, even though the furnace itself looks and functions a lot like a regular natural gas furnace. Hydronic furnaces function by passing hot water through a heating element (that looks a lot like a car radiator), and then using a fan (or blower) to blow air through the element, sending warm air up through the ducts in your house just like a regular furnace does. You don’t have to install or maintain a crazy network of pipes at all.

So do I have to hire a Plumber, and you guys too?

Nope! In most cases, you don’t need a plumber to utilize a Hydronic Furnace. It is very common that your hot water heater is right next to (or very close to) your funace anyways. And Pioneer is fully licensed and bonded to install and connect to the water supply that is very likely right there anyhow. Of course, if you are relocating the furnace, or for some other reason need significant plumbing changes, Pioneer is happy to coordinate with your licensed plumber to provide you the most cost-effective package for your needs.
